With this vision in mind, the IKUKO meditation bench was designed to soften our practice, allowing us to find a more natural and comfortable way of sitting.

Indeed, when you are meditating or even practicing Yoga meditation and doing breathing exercises, your sitting posture is fundamental, and shouldn’t be negleted.
